There is Power In A Union

Jag har varit hela dagen i Kalmar på facklig utbildning för arbetsplatsombud inom Kommunal där vi gick igenom de olika lagarna som Förtroendemannalagen, Medbestämandelagen studieledighetslagen, arbetstidslagen och andra viktiga lagar. Utbildningen fortsätter i morgon då vi ska prata b la om lagen om anställningsskydd (LAS). Jätteviktigt lagar som ger oss skyldigheter men även stora rättigheter. Då slås man av tanken att dessa lagar inte har fallit ner likt de tio budorden som Moses fick från himlen och inte har företagen eller våra arbetsgivare givit oss dessa rättigheter frivilligt

Nej detta har genom historien våra fackliga företrädare fått kämpa sig till och det får vi aldrig glömma då våra rättigheter ifrågasätts från högerns företrädare och Svenskt näringsliv. Som en hyllning till fackföreningen kommer här låten "There is Power In A Union" en Billy Bragg låt som här framförs av Street Dogs som är ett amerikansk punkband från Boston.

Kom i håg att en och en har vi ingen chans men tillsammans är vi starka för att förändra och försvara våra rättigheter.
